DearOne Announces New Executive Officers
DearOne, a subsidiary of NTT Docomo specializing in marketing, has made significant management enhancements by appointing three new executive officers starting April 1, 2026. The appointments of Kazumasa Yasuda, Kazuhito Matsuda, and Kenji Hosokawa are expected to strengthen the company’s operational foundation and catalyze further business growth.
New Executive Officers
Kazumasa Yasuda
Appointed as Vice President of Management Strategy and AI Promotion, Kazumasa Yasuda brings an extensive background to DearOne. He holds a qualification as a small and medium-sized enterprise consultant and has experience as a PC shop manager and IT engineer. Yasuda joined DearOne in 2020, previously managing marketing, inside sales, and partner alliances. Under his leadership, the company has established a cohesive framework connecting marketing and sales departments. Starting in 2023, he served as the General Manager of the Management Strategy Department before moving into his executive role.
Kazuhito Matsuda
Kazuhito Matsuda will serve as the Vice President of Marketing. He comes with a wealth of experience in marketing, CRM, and data analytics from his tenure at Benesse Corporation and SoftBank. Matsuda later directed digital marketing strategies at Dentsu Digital, focusing on regional banks and B2B SaaS companies. Most recently, he led marketing initiatives for several startups and joined DearOne in 2023, culminating in his appointment as an executive officer in April 2026.
Kenji Hosokawa
As the Vice President of Technical Solutions, Kenji Hosokawa is also a founding member of DearOne, helping to expand the application development service 'ModuleApps' since 2011. He has provided onboarding and operational support for over 50 apps across various industries. In 2023, he took on the role of General Manager of the Development Department, driving the planning and development of in-house products, thereby enhancing the company’s technological capabilities and strategic direction.
