WealthForce Enhances Data Collaboration with Major Japanese Securities Firms

WealthForce Expands Collaboration with Major Securities Firms

Introduction

MONO Investment, headquartered in Shinagawa, Tokyo, has announced significant enhancements to its wealth management support platform, WealthForce. This update includes expanded data integrations with four major Japanese securities firms: SBI Securities, Rakuten Securities, Akatsuki Securities, and Smart Plus. This improvement enables investors to automatically retrieve their investment account data without any manual operations, and reflects this data in real-time to advisors' Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

Strategic Context for Building a Japan Version of TAMP

In the United States, Turnkey Asset Management Platforms (TAMP) have become essential infrastructure for independent advisors. MONO Investment aims to incorporate this model into Japan, aspiring to establish a comprehensive wealth management platform that supports both advisors and investors. This collaboration with four securities firms marks a crucial milestone towards the realization of a Japanese version of TAMP.

Three Key Features Supporting Advisor Innovation

1. Automatic Retrieval and Visualization of Asset Information

Every business day, WealthForce automatically obtains data regarding held securities directly from partner firms via API. Investors can instantly see changes in asset values, risk assessments, and income forecasts, which can be included in proposals with just a click.

2. Automatic Synchronization of Customer Interaction History

Interaction histories, such as meetings and proposals inputted in WealthForce, are automatically synced with each partner firm's CRM or operational systems. This eliminates double entries, reduces input errors, and can potentially cut work hours by up to 40%, according to the company’s estimates.

3. Integration with Investor Concierge Service

The data retrieved is also immediately reflected on the investor’s interface, facilitating seamless information sharing between advisors and clients. This integration makes it easier for advisors to manage client relationships more effectively.

Current Partner Securities Firms (as of June 2025)

As of June 2025, the following four securities firms are integrated with WealthForce:
  • - SBI Securities
  • - Rakuten Securities
  • - Akatsuki Securities
  • - Smart Plus
There are plans to further expand this list of partners.

Future Developments

MONO Investment plans to gradually expand its partner network of securities firms, as well as to implement data connections for insurance contracts and real estate assets by the latter half of 2025.

CEO's Statement

Tatsu Sasaki, CEO of MONO Investment, expressed, "With this collaboration, we have established a system where Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) can manage portfolios across multiple intermediary accounts in Japan. We aim to enhance the quality of IFA services to match international standards, covering insurance and real estate assets in the near future."
