The lightweight design results in enhanced flexibility with the transport vehicles and cranes being used, which reduces time and costs associated with project execution. Furthermore, the advanced fire safety strategy encompasses multi-layer protection across all levels, adhering to the industry's strictest safety standards while achieving a 12% reduction in auxiliary power consumption. Optimized State-of-Charge algorithms alongside dynamic balancing ensure maximum operational capacity and accurately track battery status.

Cost Efficiency and Intelligent Optimization



The Gen 8 units are constructed on a robust platform featuring 750+ Ah cells, driving greater energy density and a 26% reduction in footprint for standard four-hour systems. This design also brings about a 12% decrease in auxiliary power consumption, contributing to lower overall project costs and enhancing longevity. Such efficiencies equate to substantial economic benefits, with an expected 1% uplift in internal rate of return (IRR) for a 100 MW / 4-hour project when compared with a baseline of 5 MWh.

Driven by Envision's EnOS intelligent operational technology and information technology ecosystem, the SCADA, Energy Management Systems, and Hybrid Power Plant Controller solutions offer an integrated management approach for complex real-time operations, predictive maintenance, and maximizing revenue.

Environmental Durability and Advanced System Availability



Envision Energy is excited to present its second 10 MVA configuration, featuring four parallel-coupled 2.5 MW Power Conversion System (PCS) units, which enhances both system availability and resilience. The modular design results in a notably lower noise profile compared to larger single-machine alternatives, making it particularly advantageous in noise-sensitive locations. Designed to withstand extreme conditions, the system is reliable across temperatures from -30°C to +55°C and meets the IP55 and C5 anti-corrosion standards, allowing it to endure harsh outdoor environments.
