- Most participants (54%) prefer to learn about guarantee information before booking, and 40% would like this information available by the time they receive a quote.

5. Willingness to Pay for Guarantees:
- If guarantees are offered, 26% of participants would always opt for a service even at a higher price. A notable 45% said their decision would depend on specific conditions, while 11% stated it wouldn’t affect their choice at all.

6. Ideal Guarantee Period:
- The majority (35%) expressed a preference for a one-month guarantee, while others felt three months (23%) and six months (18%) would also be acceptable.
