Tokyo Tatemono Achieves Recognition at the 2025 Good Design Awards

These eight award-winning projects span four categories: medium to large-scale collective housing, architectural and environmental solutions for office and industrial facilities, commercial architectural environments, and community-building initiatives. The projects are not limited to Tokyo but also include locations in Osaka, Kyoto, and Nagoya, demonstrating the company's wide-ranging impact.

Brillia Fukazawa 8-Chome

Located at 70-18 Fukazawa 8-chome, Setagaya, Tokyo, this project was developed in collaboration with Ushigome Noboru Architectural Design Office. Transitioning memories of past residences and a kindergarten into art, this large-scale residential building integrates with local cherry blossom trees and showcases cutting-edge environmental performance as a ZEH-M (Net Zero Energy House) ranked building.

Brillia ist Ikejiri Ohhashi

This apartment complex features 197 units, strategically located a mere three-minute train ride from Shibuya Station. The design theme focuses on a "Creative House", reflecting the varied lifestyles of urban dwellers and integrating features such as soundproof residences for musicians and gamers.

Brillia Meieki 2-Chome

Centered six minutes away from Nagoya Station, this apartment focuses on offering a serene living environment catering to singles. The design employs sharp, edgy aesthetics correlating with the urban concept of "City Dwelling".

Brillia Tower Minoh Senba TOP OF THE HILL

Connecting seamlessly with a new station through a pedestrian deck, this development contains 397 units and promotes a fusion of private and educational spaces.

Originally a temporary facility for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, this development aims to represent sustainable urban design, continuing with biodiversity and community resources.
