Yohji Yamamoto's innovative project, WILDSIDE YOHJI YAMAMOTO, has launched an exciting collaboration with renowned artist Saeko Tsugimura. This partnership showcases two new items adorned with Tsugimura's distinctive illustrations, set to be available starting October 27. A Journey Through Time

The connection between Yohji Yamamoto and Tsugimura began years ago, specifically during the Yohji Yamamoto POUR HOMME Spring/Summer 1991 collection. Their creative partnership took flight when Tsugimura presented captivating illustrations inspired by women, which have since become iconic representations of Yohji Yamamoto's artistic vision.

This latest collection represents an evolution of their collaboration, featuring a bomber jacket and a T-shirt that incorporate original artwork by Tsugimura, specially crafted for WILDSIDE YOHJI YAMAMOTO. The pieces reflect a deep respect for the artist's unique aesthetic while seamlessly merging contemporary textures and intricate details.

Innovative Design Techniques

The collection introduces art not previously featured in the 1991 season at Yohji Yamamoto POUR HOMME. Using advanced embroidery and printing technology, Tsugimura's delicate strokes have been recreated on both the bomber jacket and the T-shirt.
