Ayano Ryugo, the Chief Sustainability Officer of
Spice Factory, will participate as a panelist in the
Sustainable Brands Conference 2026. Celebrating its
10th anniversary in Japan, the conference will take place in
Marunouchi, Tokyo, on
February 18-19, 2026.
Panel Discussion: Sustainability as a Strategic Asset
The theme of Ayano Ryugo's panel will be titled
"CxO Colloquium: Sustainability as a Weapon". In today's business landscape, sustainability has evolved beyond being a mere component of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR); it is now foundational for business growth and competitive advantage.
The era where sustainability was solely the responsibility of the CSO has ended. Today, all C-suite executives, including CEOs, are expected to incorporate sustainability into their decision-making processes. This session will bring together leaders from various companies to discuss their commitments to sustainability and the perspectives that guide their decisions.
