Field Trip Plus: An Immersive Learning Experience
On June 22, 2025, the Global Learner's Institute (GLI) is set to host an exciting exploration event named
Field Trip Plus at Maxell Aqua Park, specifically designed for elementary through high school students. This hands-on program aims to effectively combine practical English skills with inquiry-based thinking, sparking curiosity and providing an enriching learning experience that goes beyond mere observation.
Background and Purpose
As part of a holistic education strategy—especially important for those considering boarding schools—developing both practical English proficiency and exploratory skills is crucial.
Field Trip Plus acts as a distinctive experiential learning program focusing on:
- - Applying English in real-world scenarios, allowing students to grasp the application of their knowledge.
- - Observing and analyzing societal and natural phenomena through an exploratory lens.
- - Designing a learning process that begins with inquiry.
During this event, students will immerse themselves in the mysterious world of marine biology, enhancing their English skills while engaging in meaningful inquiry. The marine organisms encountered at the aquarium are not only intriguing but also vital for maintaining ecological balance, making the aquarium a treasure trove for learning about coexistence with humanity.
