Ford Appoints Maria Grazia Davino as New Sales VP for Europe

In a strategic move to enhance its management structure in Europe, Ford Motor Company has officially announced the appointment of Maria Grazia Davino as Vice President of Sales for Ford of Europe. Set to begin her role on October 1, 2026, Davino will take charge of steering sales operations across the continent, alongside overseeing all commercial functions such as retail activities, dealer networks, and distribution processes. With an impressive career spanning over two decades in the automotive industry, Maria Grazia brings with her vast expertise in sales, marketing, and business transformation. Before her new role at Ford, she served as the Regional Managing Director for BYD Europe, successfully leading operations in several key European markets, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, and the Nordic countries. Her successful tenure at BYD saw her adeptly nurturing brand presence and adapting product strategies to meet local market demands.

Her previous experience also includes more than ten years in high-profile positions at Stellantis, where she was the Group Managing Director and CEO for Stellantis UK. Davino's tenure there was marked by leading a complex portfolio and focusing on the company's transition to electric vehicles, as well as overseeing European Sales and Marketing.
