With extensive practical knowledge across Salesforce’s product range, including M&A products, he has been instrumental in designing operational strategies and launching new Customer Success teams globally.

Hisanori Yamada, President of Japan Customer Success Association


Hisanori has a rich background, having led the Customer Success department at Sansan from 2013 to 2021. His book, "Customer Success Execution Strategy," serves as a guiding text in the industry. He currently works as an advisor for ALL STAR SAAS FUND and provides organizational support through sasket LLC, while leading the JCSA, which he established in December 2024.
