Innovative Sandwich & Bread Seminar

The event was guided by the representative of the Japan Bread Coordinator Association, Tomoko Inagaki. The seminar focused on three distinct themes: Gourmet, Summer, and Autumn-Winter, showcasing a total of 28 different recipes designed for bakery applications.
The instructors were skilled professionals from Kenko’s Business Development Division, with credentials as certified bread coordinators. Their expertise included planning baked goods and sandwich ideas, which were thoughtfully shared during the seminar. The presenters emphasized key techniques such as slicing bread and filling ingredients, innovative packaging methods to enhance visual appeal, and strategies to reduce food waste through re-baking methods. Attendees were seen diligently taking notes and capturing the demonstrations on their devices, demonstrating their keen interest in the materials presented.
Each session showcased how Kenko products could be creatively transformed across various sandwich styles, baked goods, and re-baked items. The gourmet section highlighted items like 'Truffle Mayonnaise Sauce', allowing participants to understand how to add luxurious touches to their dishes effortlessly. For the summer theme, robust options like 'Garlic Butter Sauce' and 'Spicy Gochujang Sauce' were introduced.
