T-Comm's Innovative Support for Working Parents

Starting August 2026, the company will fully fund the cost of 'Mogumo,' a frozen baby food service provided by Oxxx Co., Ltd. T-Comm's president, Miki Okamatsu, draws inspiration from her personal experiences as a parent when establishing this new initiative. Reflecting on her own challenges while raising her son, she understood the pressures of meal preparation that working parents face after a long day. “Over 20 years ago, I found it burdensome to prepare dinners after returning home from work, especially when trying to ensure nutritious, well-balanced meals,” she shared. Today’s working parents encounter similar struggles with limited time available to prepare meals for their children after work.

This initiative aims to reduce the daily burdens on employees by providing nutritious and safe meals for their children, thus allowing parents to focus on quality time with their families instead of meal prep. By introducing 'Mogumo,' T-Comm hopes to support the health and development of children in a way that prioritizes the nutritional balance of meals while minimizing the use of additives. The frozen baby food service is specifically designed with the needs of young children in mind.
