This exquisite creation is inspired by the traditional Japanese ‘Hishimochi’, delicately reinterpreted for modern tastes, and celebrates the fleeting beauty of spring.

Within just ten months of its opening, Kukuku has garnered notable recognition, being selected as a restaurant in the creative category of the Michelin Guide Tokyo 2026. Under the leadership of CEO Uemon Mitsutomi, the establishment has received attention for its uncompromising choice of ingredients and intricate presentation. Following the popular autumn launch of ‘Kuri Shigure’, the new spring offering is crafted with a keen sense of seasonal delicacy.
