Supporting Local Businesses: Suits Inc. Launches Campaign for SMEs in Hokkaido

Suits Inc. Launches 8th Phase of Local Support Campaign in Hokkaido

Suits Inc., headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, has announced the launch of the 8th phase of its "Suits Up 2026 Local Support Campaign." This initiative targets small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups in Hokkaido with fewer than 100 employees. Running from February 24 to March 6, 2026, the campaign offers a 20% discount on paid plans for those who sign up for their cloud-based project and task management tool, "Suits Up" (currently in beta).

The tool allows teams to utilize AI effortlessly, facilitating daily project and task management. Interested companies can experience a 7-day free trial of the beta version, which includes essential features for task organization and communication.

Overview of the Campaign

Through the campaign, Suits Inc. aims to alleviate the financial burden faced by SMEs, as evidenced by a simulation indicating that a company with 30 employees incurs significant costs—up to 1.19 million yen per month—just for basic task progress updates. Minimizing these costs is essential for SMEs, and the campaign emphasizes the importance of adopting task management solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Surveys conducted by Nulab reveal that while tools like emails, handwritten notes, and business chats dominate individual task management (with 31.2%, 30.6%, and 14.3% usage rates respectively), dedicated task management tools like Excel are only utilized by 25.2%. Alarmingly, only 11.7% of the surveyed companies employ specialized task management tools, highlighting a significant gap in collective task organization. Suits views the introduction of collaborative task management as a crucial step toward enhancing labor productivity for SMEs in the region.

To participate in the campaign, businesses can fill out an application form on the Suits Up website, specifying "Suits Up 2026 Local Support Campaign" in their inquiry.

Features of Suits Up

"Suits Up" is an AI-powered cloud service designed for team-based task management. The platform offers a user-friendly interface akin to spreadsheet applications, enabling teams to visualize their tasks and prevent any omissions or delays. This feature not only fosters transparency within teams but also drives substantial cost reductions through improved operational efficiency.

Currently, Suits Up has been released in alpha version since September 2023 and is in its beta phase as of April 2024. The beta version encompasses basic functionalities for tasks, organization, communication, and analytics, while also introducing task templates, deadline notifications, and standardized tasks—enhancing the tool's capability for consistent daily use.

The pricing is structured to accommodate varying business sizes, where the standard plan charges 1,080 yen per user per month (excluding tax). For companies with fewer than ten users, there's a starter plan at a reduced rate of 500 yen per user per month, recognizing the need to ease the cost of entry especially for smaller businesses. As part of the beta launch promotion, initial setup fees are waived until March 31, 2026.
