This limited-time offering celebrates the exquisite flavors of Tohoku, featuring an array of fresh seafood from the Sanriku region, the famous Sendai beef, and the well-loved beef tongue.

A Journey Through Tohoku’s Bounty


The culinary journey begins with the amuse-bouche, comprising tartare of black abalone and sea squirt escabèche elegantly presented with a capellini pasta. This refreshing starter sets the stage for the enchanting summer dining experience. As you delve deeper into the course, enjoy the warm appetizer that highlights Aomori’s renowned sweet corn, 'Gokikimi', served with a luxurious uni (sea urchin) brûlée. Accompanied by a creamy corn soup, the dish beautifully showcases the natural sweetness of the region’s ingredients.
