Euphoria Acquires 'Rakuraku Renraku Network+' from EOLE to Expand Sports Communication Services

Euphoria Expands Its Reach by Acquiring 'Rakuraku Renraku Network+'

On December 9, 2026, Euphoria, based in Chiyoda, Tokyo, announced a significant business acquisition by entering into a contract with EOLE, headquartered in Minato, Tokyo. Euphoria is set to take over EOLE’s communication service, 'Rakuraku Renraku Network+', officially on January 1, 2026. This merger is aimed at enhancing Euphoria’s currently established digital infrastructure for sports communication and community engagement.

Background of the Acquisition

Euphoria operates under the mission of 'Making encounters with sports a source of happiness.' For years, it has been dedicated to aiding elite athletes including national teams and professional sports organizations through its comprehensive condition data management system called 'ONE TAP SPORTS.' This system has played a crucial role in providing scientifically-based coaching support to improve athletic performance.

In addition, Euphoria has developed 'Sgrum,' an operational management app tailored for schools and sports clubs within the community. This application aids in efficiently managing team communications, collecting membership fees, and organizing events, thereby streamlining team operations.

Over the past two decades, 'Rakrak Renraku Network' has served as a vital communication tool for various sports entities, including youth sports associations and other community organizations. The service has built a robust reputation, underpinned by its extensive track record and reliability. Starting in 2024, this platform will undergo a significant upgrade as 'Rakuraku Renraku Network+,' ensuring continued service to a growing user base.

Through this acquisition, Euphoria will inherit the long-established customer base of 'Rakuraku Renraku Network+' and plans to enrich its repertoire of communication tools. This initiative is part of Euphoria’s broader strategy to advance the digital transformation of sporting environments and to foster deeper connections among individuals engaged in sports.
