During the fiscal period from April to June 2026, BioArctic reported net revenues of SEK 247.5 million, driven primarily by the royalty income stemming from Leqembi. Surprisingly, the overall cash and cash equivalents stood strong at SEK 1,990 million, pointing to sound fiscal management amid development expenses.

Collaboration with Eli Lilly

Sales for Leqembi are expected to keep escalating, with Ezai forecasting total revenues to reach JPY 143.5 billion (about SEK 8.4 billion) in the 2026 fiscal year, marking a 63% increase from the previous year. BioArctic is also expanding its research pipeline, particularly with studies focusing on new therapies for conditions like multiple system atrophy and Parkinson’s disease-related dementia, backed by encouraging safety profiles observed in Phase 2a trials.
