Exciting New Offerings for Doyo no Ushi no Hi

On July 26, which corresponds to the traditional Doyo no Ushi no Hi, Hotto Motto will again entice customers with its variety of Unagi dishes. These dishes are crafted with care, featuring grilled eel marinated in a special sauce that enhances its savory taste.

The star of the series is the grilled eel, which goes through a meticulous process of being par-cooked and then repeatedly brushed with a unique sauce to achieve a charred, flavorful finish. To elevate your meal, a separate soy-based sauce with a rich aroma and sweet-savory notes is provided, perfectly complementing the eel.
