Paralyzed Veterans of America Launches New Online Fitness and Wellness Program



The Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) has recently launched an innovative Online Fitness + Wellness Program aimed at veterans facing mobility challenges. This new initiative, introduced in January 2026, is not just a fitness program; it is a comprehensive health resource providing veterans the opportunity to improve their physical and mental well-being from the comfort of their homes.

Designed for Veterans with Unique Needs



The program is specifically tailored for veterans living with spinal cord injuries or conditions such as multiple sclerosis (MS) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), along with their caregivers. Offering up to nine virtual classes each week, the program focuses on enhancing strength, endurance, and hand-eye coordination. Additionally, participants can benefit from meditation and breathwork sessions, which are essential for stress management and mental health support.
