A Magical Christmas at Tokyo Bay InterContinental

As the holiday season approaches, the Tokyo Bay InterContinental, under the leadership of General Manager Hiroyuki Miyata, invites you to indulge in its delightful "Christmas Cake and Sweets Collection 2025." Beginning October 1, the highly anticipated collection, themed "A Forest Christmas," is available for pre-order at The Shop N.Y. Lounge Boutique.

Experience the Wonderland of Christmas Treats

The 2025 collection offers a sophisticated selection of three Christmas cakes that encapsulate the enchanting ambiance of a snowy forest. The lineup also features classic shortcakes and a limited edition special cake, ensuring a diverse array of options to celebrate the festive season.

White Christmas Shortcake

The White Christmas Shortcake stands out with a perfect balance of rich milk flavors and smooth, delicate whipped cream. Its sponge cake is light yet moist, topped with white chocolate shavings that evoke the picturesque scene of snowflakes dancing in the winter air. Available in two sizes, this cake is designed to serve 4-6 and 6-8 guests respectively, priced at ¥7,500 and ¥9,900.

Festive SANTA Cake

Next, the SANTA cake, adorned with a bright red glaze and a stylish Santa hat, offers an enticing combination of flavors. Its luxurious apricot chocolate mousse is complemented by a refreshing apricot cream and a creamy mascarpone mousse infused with salted caramel. A delightful texture is added by the crispy salted caramel crunch, creating an exquisite balance of taste and sensation. This impressive cake serves 2-4 guests and is priced at ¥6,800.

Lucent Snow Yule Log

Another highlight is the Lucent Snow cake, resembling a snowy log with its visually striking design. This bushy Yule log incorporates yuzu from Kochi Prefecture, paired with pistachio dacquoise, ginger-lemon cream, and tangy berry gelée. With a delicious black sesame biscuit base and yuzu crunch, it’s a harmonious blend of traditional and contemporary tastes. This cake, designed to serve 6-8 guests, is priced at ¥8,500.

Forest Whisper Christmas Wreath

Emulating a Christmas wreath, the Forest Whisper cake features a pistachio mousse with hints of tonka bean and a hidden blackcurrant ganache. The base incorporates a spicy crumble biscuit, adding complexity and an aromatic flavor profile. This cake is available for ¥8,000.

Limited Edition Special Cake: Snowman Village

For those seeking something truly unique, the special edition cake "Snowman Village ~Heartwarming Gift~" is limited to just 10 sets. This delightful creation illustrates a cheerful snowman village singing Christmas carols atop a snowy hill made of shortcake, all resting on a base of crispy apple pie. Inside a chocolate gift box at the center, around 30 colorful macarons in ten different flavors await, perfect for making memories this Christmas. This spectacular cake serves 20-30 guests and is priced at ¥75,600.

Seasonal Delights: Stollen and Gift Sets

In addition to the cakes, the collection includes a spiced stollen enriched with figs cooked in sangria, embodying the spirit of the season. Perfectly packaged, the stollen and other hotel-made sweets make excellent gifts for loved ones.

Christmas Gifts

The hotel also presents delightful Christmas gift sets, including a variety of items like its original cookies, teas, and chocolates, all packaged beautifully for the holiday season. Options include:
