Nestled in the lush natural landscapes of Hokkaido, the autumn salmon is carefully fried, creating a crispy and fragrant batter that envelops the rich flavors of the season. It’s an authentic taste of autumn that promises to elevate your culinary experience.

Founded in March 2016 in the heart of Kagurazaka, Tonkatsu Sakurazaka has been dedicated to serving thick-cut, carefully selected premium tonkatsu. Every piece of cutlet is meticulously breaded upon order and fried at lower temperatures to ensure a tender and juicy finish. Using 100% plant-based oils not only results in a light and crispy texture but also brings out a deliciousness that never gets tiresome. Complementing the tonkatsu are select grains of premium rice, celebrated for their firm texture, rich sweetness, and glossy finish upon cooking.
