Kirin City Launches Hokkaido Fair 2025
Kirin City, renowned for bringing the essence of producer insights to its culinary offerings, is set to kick off the "Hokkaido Fair 2025" earlier this year, from May 7 to June 3, across all 27 of its restaurants, including Kirin City and Kirin City Plus. This year marks a deviation from their usual timing, as the fair has traditionally been held in June in recent years or in August from 2013 to 2018. This early summer event presents an opportunity to enjoy Hokkaido's bountiful offerings more swiftly than ever before!
Kirin City prides itself on its exceptional culinary creations that highlight seasonal ingredients with a unique twist. The restaurant's menu includes classic favorites such as sausages and German potato salad, along with monthly recommended ingredients that range from vegetables to seafood. Additionally, a special seasonal menu is launched every three months, ensuring customers can enjoy a dynamic and fresh selection of dishes tailored to the time of year.
