KBR, Inc. Faces Securities Class Action Amid TRANSCOM Contract Termination
A significant legal action has been launched against KBR, Inc. (NYSE: KBR), as shareholders claim the company misled them before a critical military contract's abrupt cancellation. During this tumultuous period, KBR allegedly provided assurances regarding its partnership with HomeSafe Alliance, a joint venture responsible for managing the U.S. Transportation Command's (TRANSCOM) global household goods contract.
