This delicious new offering will be available at the SPICE FACTORY store located in Ekucute Shinagawa, and will be on sale until April 30, 2026.

This original soup curry is inspired by traditional Japanese seasonings, showcasing how well they pair with spices. It is an artistic blend that reflects “Spice × Wa” - a concept that marries the boldness of spices with the refined essence of Japanese cuisine.

Each bowl of this soup curry features a unique curry sauce infused with local Japanese flavors, complemented by crunchy, sautéed domestic shimeji mushrooms seasoned with cumin. The dish is further enhanced with a variety of eye-catching toppings served over a bed of rice, including an optional addition of cheese for just ¥100 (tax included), allowing diners to personalize their soup curry experience.
