This shift allows staff to dedicate more time to providing high-quality service while considerably reducing the operational strain from these inquiries.

Enhancing Multilingual Support


To better serve both residents and visitors in Japan, Find has incorporated a user-friendly chat function accessible via a simple email login, thus requiring no app installation. This service supports communication in multiple languages, including Japanese, English, Simplified Chinese, and Korean, effectively breaking down language barriers for diverse customers.

Service Availability


The service will be available 24/7, with specific operational hours from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. However, any inquiries made after 9:00 PM will be addressed the following morning. Customers can easily access this service via the FAQ page on each store’s website, making it even more convenient.
