Get ready for an exciting event this winter! The Jingaij Nichijou Collection, a new merchandise brand, is hosting its very first pop-up store at Machida Modi, located on the 4th floor of the building. From December 5 (Friday) to December 14 (Sunday), 2025, this pop-up will showcase an array of newly designed goods that seamlessly blend elements of everyday life with unique character designs.

Hoshimori is a popular creator who expresses day-to-day objects through a whimsical perspective, imagining what these items might say if they came to life, all rendered through enchanting illustrations of non-human characters. They have portrayed beloved characters like “Earth” and “Tori, the Traffic Light Head” in various comic works shared across numerous social platforms. In June 2025, a compilation book showcasing their web comics was published by KADOKAWA.

Constantly active on X and Pixiv, Hoshimori generates various characters inspired by common themes in everyday life. They have transformed real SNS icons and IT service logos into uniquely dressed characters, while also weaving comic narratives inspired by true historical events or popular social media themes.
