With the growing interest in end-of-life planning, the exhibition has become a significant platform for showcasing various products and services related to funerals, burials, memorial services, and inheritance.

Overview of the Exhibition

The exhibition featured the participation of 163 diverse companies showcasing 327 booths. It provided an excellent opportunity for networking, business matching, and exploring the future of the ending industry. Additionally, 38 expert seminars were conducted, where industry leaders shared insights into the latest trends and successful practices within the sector.

The theme for this year's event was "Exploring New Possibilities in Funerals." Tokyo Hakuzan’s President, Ryoma Noguchi, explained the relevance of this theme, emphasized the need for adaptation within the changing landscape of end-of-life services, and expressed hope that the exhibition would contribute to the industry's development.

Unique Events and Ceremonies

Throughout the two-day exhibition, attendees experienced unique ceremonies such as a joint memorial service by nine Buddhist sects titled "INORI for PEACE." This emotional event paid tribute to victims of ongoing global conflicts and drew a significant audience, reinforcing a collective wish for peace.

Moreover, a special pre-funeral event featuring the renowned DeWI Sukarno was held, where the presence of an AI representation of her sparked curiosity and added a modern touch to traditional ceremonies. The event showcased DeWI’s custom-designed casket adorned with crystals and photographs of her beloved pets, symbolizing her vibrant life.
