On November 13, 2025, MetLife, Inc. (NYSE: MET), based in New York, proudly announced its selection as one of the top 25 companies to work for globally by Fortune's "World’s 25 Best Workplaces™". This marks MetLife's second consecutive year earning this prestigious recognition, where they landed at an impressive 10th place. We are focused on fostering a strong workplace culture that drives growth for all our employees and shapes the future for all our stakeholders through our 'New Frontier Strategy.'"

The Selection Criteria

The ranking is derived from insights collected by Great Place to Work®, a research partner of Fortune, gathering responses from 25 million employees from globally certified organizations. Moreover, it has been recognized in various regions across Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East as a top workplace. By 2025, it achieved Great Place to Work certification across 33 markets, receiving accolades as a top workplace in countries including Brazil, Chile, China, Cyprus, India, Italy, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and Uruguay.
