Watercrest Senior Living Welcomes Bri Stewart as Vice President of Sales Operations
Watercrest Senior Living Group is excited to announce the appointment of Bri Stewart as its new Vice President of Sales Operations, marking a significant step in the organization’s growth strategy. With a robust background in both hospitality and healthcare, Stewart brings a unique blend of skills that will further bolster the exceptional experiences offered to residents and their families.
Stewart has established a strong reputation in executive leadership roles particularly in the hospitality and senior living sectors. Her experience is characterized by successfully guiding organizations through phases of growth, enhancing brand positioning, and crafting scalable sales strategies. Previously, she served as the Chief Revenue Officer for a private equity-backed hospitality company, where she led sales strategy and revenue growth across a diverse range of venues. Additionally, she held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales and Brand at one of the nation’s largest nonprofit senior living organizations, where she managed sales, marketing, and brand initiatives.
Expressing her commitment to leadership, Stewart stated, “I strive to be an authentic leader, to put people first and celebrate the culture, experience, and results that follow. I was immediately drawn to the Watercrest principles of service centered around raising people up and committing to excellence in honoring our fathers and mothers. I look forward to collaborating with this team to drive results that truly impact the lives of our seniors.”
Stewart's journey in the professional world began in the hospitality sector, working with globally recognized brands such as Marriott and Hilton. This foundation allowed her to develop critical skills in service excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue strategy. Motivated by a desire to make a meaningful impact, she further pursued her academic interests, earning a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Through her essential clinical work with older adults, she cultivated a passion for serving aging populations and their families, which naturally led her to the senior living industry—where her healthcare knowledge and hospitality mindset intersect beautifully.
Marc Vorkapich, Principal and CEO of Watercrest Senior Living Group, praised Stewart’s abilities, stating, “Bri skillfully builds teams that exhibit a strong, high-performing culture and drives results through service-centered leadership. She is an outstanding addition to our leadership team and will significantly impact the development of our sales specialists and the growth of the Watercrest brand.”
