XNRGY Secures Growth Capital to Revolutionize Data Center Cooling Solutions

XNRGY Climate Systems Secures Vital Growth Financing

XNRGY Climate Systems, a premier North American producer of sustainable cooling technologies, has reported the successful completion of its latest financing round. This important milestone was achieved through significant investments from Capital Bridge Group and Prologis Ventures, which are expected to fuel the company’s growth and enhance its capacity to produce reliable and energy-efficient cooling solutions for data centers.

The Financing Round

On November 20, 2025, XNRGY announced that it had finalized its most recent financing efforts that originally included Decarbonization Partners, a collaboration between BlackRock and Temasek, alongside investments from Climate Investment and Activate Capital. This strategic financing round supports earlier commitments made by Idealist Capital and MKB, who continue to be integral shareholders of XNRGY.

Michael Ronen, the founder of Capital Bridge Group, which previously operated under Fortress Investment Group and Goldman Sachs, expressed his enthusiasm regarding the investment. He emphasized the firm's excitement about partnering with XNRGY to enhance solutions in the rapidly growing AI data center market.

Meeting Rising Customer Demand

Wais Jalali, XNRGY’s Founder and CEO, underlined the company's commitment to scaling operations to satisfy the increasing demand for efficient cooling systems tailored for modern data centers. In recent years, the surge in AI technologies has correspondingly escalated the need for optimized cooling solutions across the sector.

Ronen remarked on the defining nature of this investment, recognizing it as the firm's inaugural project in a sector poised for explosive growth. The collaboration with Prologis is seen as particularly significant, given Prologis's reputation as a trailblazer in logistics and infrastructure, which is pivotal for the evolving landscape of data centers.

William O'Donnell, Prologis's global head of Corporate Development, echoed these sentiments, reaffirming the necessity for innovative technology to support the world's expanding energy demands.

A Promising Future for Data Center Solutions

XNRGY specializes in the design of high-efficiency liquid and air cooling systems, incorporating advanced AI capabilities. These technologies are constructed to address the sophisticated needs of expansive data centers, ensuring reliability and energy efficiency even in extreme temperature conditions.

As part of its infrastructure enhancement efforts, XNRGY operates out of two main establishments in Montreal, Canada, and Mesa, Arizona, which expand the company's manufacturing footprint and increase its output capabilities to cater to its North American clientele. The production methods deployed by XNRGY reflect advanced automotive standards, ensuring quality through stringent digital tracking and quality control systems.

In a related event, on October 23, 2025, the company celebrated the grand opening of its Mesa 1 manufacturing facility with a well-attended ribbon-cutting ceremony, which saw over 200 participants, including local dignitaries, partners, and employees.

As part of an ongoing strategy to innovate and grow, XNRGY continues to push the envelope in thermal management solutions. The company is particularly focused on serving growing sectors such as hyperscale data centers, healthcare facilities, and electric vehicle manufacturing, thus establishing a formidable presence across diverse markets.

With a focused mission towards sustainability, XNRGY is strategically positioned to provide state-of-the-art cooling solutions that not only meet the current demands but anticipate future requirements for critical infrastructure globally.
