The renowned international consulting service, J.D. Power Japan, has released the results of its 2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey for Smartphone Financial and Payment Integration Plans, with Docomo emerging as the leading brand in overall customer satisfaction.
This survey assessed customer satisfaction with various mobile phone companies’ offerings that combine telecommunication services with financial and payment services, providing points and benefits to customers. The survey showed that the overall satisfaction score remained consistent with the previous year, standing at 638 points out of 1,000. However, a notable increase was observed among younger users aged 18 to 39, who scored 664 points — a 14-point increase from last year.
