The Tokyo Communication Arts Vocational School (TCA) will host its much-anticipated Cultural Festival 2025 on November 2nd and 3rd, 2025. This exciting event promises not just displays of student works, but also special sessions with renowned guests and industry leaders, making it a highlight for aspiring artists and the local community.

Under the theme of “See, Touch, and Buy Student Creations”, the TCA Cultural Festival offers a unique platform for students to showcase their hard work. This year, we are thrilled to announce special guests who will enhance the experience.

Day 1: Special Talk


  • - Date: November 2 (Sunday)
  • - Time: 12:00 PM - 1:15 PM
  • - Speakers:
- Naoki Saito (Illustrator & YouTuber)
- Nukosama-chan (Manga Artist)
  • - Admission: Free (Pre-registration required)

On this first day, Naoki Saito and Nukosama-chan will engage in an inspiring dialogue, sharing their experiences and insights into the creative process. Attendees can expect a lively discussion on various aspects of illustration and manga-making, ideal for students eager to learn from the pros.

  • - Speaker: Kanta Mizutamari (YouTuber from Mizutamari Bond)

Kanta Mizutamari will dive deep into YouTube content strategy, a must-see for those interested in digital media and marketing. His insights into video production and audience engagement will undoubtedly benefit all aspiring creators.
