The Tokyo Communication Arts Vocational School (TCA) will host its much-anticipated Cultural Festival 2025 on November 2nd and 3rd, 2025. Under the theme of “See, Touch, and Buy Student Creations”, the TCA Cultural Festival offers a unique platform for students to showcase their hard work. This year, we are thrilled to announce special guests who will enhance the experience.

Day 1: Special Talk

- Naoki Saito (Illustrator & YouTuber)
- Nukosama-chan (Manga Artist)
