USA Ninja Challenge Ends 2025 with Unprecedented Growth and 2026 Expansion Plans

USA Ninja Challenge Celebrates Record Growth in 2025

As 2025 comes to a close, the USA Ninja Challenge, the nation’s leading children’s ninja fitness franchise, is ringing in the new year with remarkable achievements. The year marked a significant turning point for the franchise, characterized by expansions, structural transformations, and a vision firmly set on 2026, which promises even greater developments.

Unprecedented Growth and Expansion

Dale Grant, the president of USA Ninja Challenge, reflects on the year stating, "2025 was really our breakthrough year in terms of organization and growth." The company has seen a staggering increase with 20 new unit sales and 11 new locations opened, culminating in a total of 46 franchise units operating across the country. This year also marked the exciting debut of USA Ninja Challenge in California, where four locations have now opened, establishing the brand as a coast-to-coast franchise.

In addition to defining its geographic spread, the franchise also marked its entry into Kansas City, Missouri, which Grant envisions will facilitate further expansion throughout the Midwest. The strategic planning has been underpinned by new market insights and data tools, ensuring the brand is ready to meet growing consumer interest and competitive landscapes.

Strengthening the Corporate Structure

A defining theme of 2025 was the investment into a robust corporate infrastructure. USA Ninja Challenge expanded its leadership team, filling pivotal roles that enhance operational support for franchisees. The introduction of a new Chief Operating Officer (COO), an in-house IT and software team, and a new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) were significant steps towards creating a stronger support system for franchise owners.

Furthermore, the franchise's training organization blossomed with the addition of experts focused on the Learning Management System (LMS) and technical training. These developments aim to streamline operations and improve franchisee success, allowing staff to focus on their core competencies.

New Initiatives to Elevate Franchisee Success

In their unwavering commitment to franchisee support, USA Ninja Challenge introduced several innovative initiatives this year. Among these is ProfitSoup, a financial training program aimed at helping franchise owners with little business background to better understand and manage their finances. Additionally, a franchise advisory council was launched, giving franchisees a voice in key operational decisions, thereby fostering collaboration and transparency.

October 2025 saw the inaugural franchisee conference, which attracted nearly half of the franchise locations, including those yet to open. The event not only served as a platform to present new initiatives but also to solicit feedback from franchise owners, emphasizing the brand’s commitment to continuous improvement and shared success.

A Promising Future Ahead

As they step into 2026, USA Ninja Challenge has bold ambitions. The franchise is set to open two new locations each month, aiming for a total of 24 openings by the end of the year along with awarding between 30 to 35 new franchises.

Moreover, as the sport prepares for its Olympic debut at the 2028 Summer Games in Los Angeles, USA Ninja Challenge is poised to capitalize on this exposure. Grant indicates that standardizing training levels will be crucial for the sport’s future, and they are ready to play a significant role in its development.

With youth interest in fitness growing, enrollment at USA Ninja Challenge has exceeded 8,000 nationwide. The trajectory looks promising, with top athletes competing at elite events and a solid framework established for sustained growth.

"2025 was about building," Grant concluded. "2026 will be about implementing. We now have the people, tools and structure to elevate this brand to an entirely new level."
