Vinose Yamazaki Kicks Off Pre-Orders for Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 Release

Exciting News: Beaujolais Nouveau 2025 Pre-Orders at Vinose Yamazaki

Vinose Yamazaki, based in Shizuoka City, is thrilled to kick off the pre-orders for the 2025 vintage of the renowned Beaujolais Nouveau, set to hit the shelves on November 20. This French wine, produced from grapes harvested in the Beaujolais region of Burgundy, is celebrated annually on the third Thursday of November, marking the arrival of this season's exciting new wine and enhancing Japan's wine culture.

Experience the Essence of Beaujolais Nouveau

For this year's vintage, Vinose Yamazaki aims to deliver truly delicious Beaujolais Nouveau, embarking on a journey in June when the Vinose purchasing team visited the vineyards in France. Collaborating closely with local winemakers, they are committed to providing unique flavors you can only find through them.

This year's careful selection features notable producers such as Domaine du Père Guiton, renowned for waiting until their grapes are fully ripe before harvesting, and Bodillard, known for their exclusive blends. Additionally, the natural wine from Domaine Didier reflects a commitment to quality, with no added sulfites, making it a favorite in three-star Michelin restaurants.

Backed by a Promising 2025 Harvest

The 2025 season is expecting excellent results, thanks to favorable weather conditions, allowing for the development of small, perfectly ripened grapes. While the harvest volume is lower than usual, the quality exceeds that of previous years. Winemakers from the region began their harvest in late August, but Domaine du Père Guiton's approach involves waiting until grapes are perfectly mature, initiating their harvest on September 13. This meticulous process suggests an extraordinary Nouveau with concentrated aromas of red fruits.
