FamilyMart Expands Furusato Tax Donation Program with Natural Spring Water

FamilyMart Introduces Natural Spring Water to Furusato Tax Donation Program

FamilyMart, headquartered in Minato-ku, Tokyo, continues to expand its innovative "Furusato Tax Donation" program by offering new products to its customers. Starting November 13, 2025, customers will be able to enjoy natural spring water sourced from Azumino, Nagano Prefecture, and Kirishima, Miyazaki Prefecture, through this program. Additionally, on November 20, 2025, new offerings from Yuru-Honjo, Akita Prefecture, and Minami-Chita, Aichi Prefecture, will also be available.

This expansion is part of FamilyMart's ongoing commitment to create enjoyable and beneficial experiences for their customers. The company's dedication can be seen in their approach to making it easy for participants to redeem gift items at any FamilyMart location nationwide.

Enhancing the Program with Popular Products

As the year-end approaches, demand for these donations is set to increase, and FamilyMart is responding by introducing convenient food items. Notable products include a tortilla filled with ham and rich cheese from Yokosuka, and a selection of salad chicken spiced with three different herbs from Yuru-Honjo. In addition to these culinary delights, the popular "Family Mart Natural Water" series, including the 2000ml offerings from Azumino and Kirishima, has been added to the lineup.

These larger beverage sizes are ideal not only for everyday drinking but are also perfectly suited for the “rolling stock” strategy of replenishing supplies as they are consumed. FamilyMart aims to facilitate safe and secure stockpiling through its extensive store network nationwide.

With this addition, the "Furusato Tax Donation" now features products from 28 municipalities across 73 different items. The program is also designed to help families cope with rising living costs by providing everyday items that are more accessible than ever.

FamilyMart is dedicated to working collaboratively with local communities, aiming to continuously expand its selection of gift items while promoting regional charms. The response from participating municipalities has been overwhelmingly positive, with local leaders expressing their excitement about the program’s impact.
