The Path to Sustainable NRT2050
Narita Airport has announced its commitment to a decarbonized future under the
"Sustainable NRT2050" initiative. This extensive program aims to significantly reduce CO2 emissions across various operations, including energy consumption in terminal buildings, aircraft operations, ground transportation, and accessibility methods. The ultimate goal is to establish a sustainable airport model that effectively integrates air and ground transportation while addressing the challenges of carbon footprint reduction.
