Experience Refreshing Summer Nights at OMO5 Gotanda's New Event

A Refreshing Summer Night at OMO5 Gotanda

Beginning July 1, 2026, OMO5 Gotanda by Hoshino Resorts invites you to cool off during Tokyo’s sweltering summer nights at its new event, "Manchir☆Gotanda Night Club - Sky Summer Cool-down.” This exciting gathering will take place in a verdant sky garden overlooking the city from a remarkable height of 60 meters, and it promises an escape from the heat along with delicious summer-themed delicacies.

A Thematic Celebration Inspired by Summer Festivals

The event draws inspiration from the joyful essence of summer festivals, particularly the classic water balloon theme. Guests can enjoy myriad decorations, including whimsical water balloon art installations that add a playful twist to the venue. Using vibrant colors and designs inspired by the lively neon lights of Gotanda's dining establishments, this enchanting space allows attendees to bask in a relaxing atmosphere while savoring cold drinks and tasty treats, such as ice cream and specialty beers. A signature feature of the event is the refreshing "Water Balloon Float," a unique dessert that combines ice cream with a specially crafted summer beer, resulting in an unforgettable culinary experience.

Highlighting Gourmet Delights

The event offers a selection of exclusive summer dishes from some of Gotanda’s most renowned eateries. The star of the menu is the "Water Balloon Float," priced at 1,200 yen, which features a limited-edition craft beer made by Far Yeast Brewing and flavored with peach, paired with mango-orange sorbet from the acclaimed patisserie, LES CACAOS. To complement the refreshing treats, guests can indulge in various other drinks and meals, including crispy chicken from the popular Shinanoya and zesty cold noodles for those looking for a fulfilling meal to round off the evening.

Cheers to Summer Nights - Gotanda Kanpai Time

Every evening at 9:00 PM, participants of the "Gotanda Kanpai Time" gather to toast with their drinks in hand, creating a rich sense of community. During the event, staff will serve beers from a playful water balloon-shaped cooler, allowing guests to enjoy complimentary beer while mingling and celebrating the summer spirit. This lively activity offers the perfect way to conclude the day on a positive note.
