Greetings from Osaka for the 2025 Expo!
The highly anticipated
ISETAN Curry Festival 2025 is set to kick off from
August 20 (Wednesday) at the food collection area in the basement of ISETAN Shinjuku. This year's festival will not only showcase familiar beloved curry shops and flavorful biryani but also welcome
three renowned Osaka spice curry restaurants, offering exclusive menu items available only at ISETAN Shinjuku!
Daily Appearances by Popular Osaka Spice Curry Shops
Our company,
Shokuyoku Co., Ltd., has organized a stamp rally campaign involving 31 curry stores in Osaka during the Expo, thus forging valuable relationships with numerous local spice curry establishments this summer. The essence of Osaka lies in its delicious and amusing food. Here, curry undergoes unique transformations through the use of magnificent dashi stocks and a blend of sweet and spicy flavors, distinguishing it from Tokyo's curry. We have carefully invited these uniquely flavorful curry shops from Osaka to participate, with three different shops appearing on separate days. Join us and relish a curry culture that offers a distinct experience from Tokyo's!
All three restaurants have achieved a
Tabelog rating of 3.6 or higher (as of August 13, 2025). For this festival, each will serve exclusive dishes created just for ISETAN Shinjuku!
