In a delightful fusion of flavors, the well-known Kobemotomachi Doria chain has launched a special menu to celebrate the Spring Mentaiko Fair, in collaboration with Yamaya Communications, the renowned mentaiko manufacturer from Hakata. This unique fair runs from April 18 to May 28, offering customers an opportunity to indulge in four limited-time doria dishes made with premium aged mentaiko.

This Spring's edition marks the second collaboration between Kobemotomachi Doria and Yamaya. After a successful launch last year, it was only fitting to bring back this beloved partnership. The menu has been refined to include not only returning favorites but also two exciting new dishes, each designed to highlight the exquisite taste and texture of aged mentaiko in conjunction with rich cheese combinations.

The following four dishes are exclusively available during the fair, featuring luxurious ingredients:

1. Baked Omelet Doria with Aged Mentaiko and Parmesan Cheese
This dish features a fluffy and creamy baked omelet topped generously with aged mentaiko and Parmesan, combining the salty notes of the mentaiko with a rich cheese sauce for an unforgettable culinary experience.

2. Hamburger Doria with Aged Mentaiko and Soft-Cooked Egg

3. Camembert Cheese Doria with Aged Mentaiko and Sea Urchin

4. Doria with Aged Mentaiko and Three Cheeses
