Not only did they secure the first place, but also the second place and a special award, marking a historic moment where all five finalist teams were composed entirely of GLOBIS students.

The JBCC, which aims to provide a platform for MBA students across Japan to showcase their problem-solving and strategic analysis skills, saw participation from 126 teams representing various business schools. This year's theme challenged participants to step into the shoes of a logistics company CEO tasked with proposing a management decision regarding a proposed acquisition to the board, including founding family members. Teams were evaluated on their understanding of management environments and strategy propositions.

Out of 17 institutions represented across the country, GLOBIS led with an impressive 11 teams advancing to the finals, highlighting the school’s strong emphasis on rigorous academic preparation and application of learning.
