Upcoming AI Study Program for Recruiters: A Practical Approach with Claude Code

The Launch of the Innovating AI Study Program for Recruiters

Trustyyle, based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, is set to kick off an exciting new initiative designed exclusively for members of the HR library community. The program, titled "Recruitment × AI Study Session - Let's Build an ATS Using Claude Code!" will commence on April 6, 2026. This innovative program aims to provide ongoing support and practical learning for HR professionals in managing recruitment tasks with the integration of AI technology.

The Motivation Behind the Program

In today’s recruitment landscape, HR professionals often face challenges such as the over-reliance on specific individuals for recruitment tasks, uncertainty about competitor strategies, and constraints related to budget and infrastructure which hinder the adoption of new tools or practices. Recognizing these issues, the HR library aims to offer a practical support service through its new initiative, forming an integral part of its overarching project, the "Recruitment Library."

The AI Study Sessions will elevate this initiative further by focusing not only on understanding AI concepts but on hands-on implementation in real-world recruitment practices. Participants will work with Claude Code to create a basic Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which can be built quickly and tailored to meet specific organizational needs over time.

Program Highlights

1. Continuous Learning for Members Only

This program is not a one-off event; it is a sustainable practice-oriented session exclusive to HR library members. Participants can easily attend sessions according to their schedules, making it accessible for busy recruiters.

2. Hands-On AI Learning

Participants will get to use Claude Code to actively build an ATS. This hands-on approach is designed for individuals who may be interested in AI but feel hesitant due to its perceived complexity. The course content demonstrates AI applications integrated with everyday recruitment activities, making it approachable and practical for all.

3. Community-Driven Learning

The HR library serves as a platform for all individuals facing people and organizational challenges. Both virtual and in-person collaborations foster an engaging community where members can share insights gained from the study sessions, pose questions, and seek advice on practical issues they encounter. Additionally, with a library housing over 3,000 books related to HR, members are encouraged to dive deeper into topics sparked by their learnings.
