Food Sharing App Trinico to Showcase at Kamakura's BLUE Festa 2026

Trinico at Kamakura’s BLUE Festa 2026

Trinico, a unique food sharing app aimed at reducing food waste, is set to participate in the BLUE Festa 2026 on May 30th. This event will be held at the parking lot of Kamakura City Hall, celebrating the 60th anniversary of the sister city relationship between Kamakura and Nice. With the theme centered around the ocean, the festival emphasizes the community’s connection through food, culture, and environmental awareness.

On this occasion, Trinico will offer a special selection of baked goods from three local bakeries. The aim is to not only promote delicious food products but also to highlight their commitment to fighting food waste. The assortment will include pastries that would otherwise have been discarded, underscoring the app's mission to repurpose unsold goods for community consumption.
