Tokyo Craft Edamame Fair and Farm Event



A limited-time food event called the "Tokyo Craft Edamame Fair" will be held from June 30 to July 6, with a preceding "Tokyo Craft Edamame Fresh Farm Event" on June 28. Organized by Gurunavi, Inc. in collaboration with the Tokyo Agricultural Promotion Foundation, this initiative aims to boost the brand power of Tokyo-grown edamame.

What is the Tokyo Craft Edamame Fair?


This fair celebrates the hard work of local producers in Tokyo by delivering the freshest edamame directly to five participating restaurants. Guests can indulge in special menus that highlight the seasonal taste of this beloved summer vegetable.

Events and Activities


The farm event on June 28 will be hosted at Enomoto Farm, located in Nerima-ku, Tokyo. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a talk show led by renowned culinary expert and food education instructor Asuka Wada, along with tastings of freshly harvested edamame. It's a chance to connect with the essence of Tokyo's edamame firsthand!
