Clean Energy Connect Secures 4.28 Billion Yen in Series D Funding
Clean Energy Connect, a company specializing in decarbonization solutions, has announced a significant milestone by securing 4.28 billion yen in the first close of its Series D funding round. Led by a trio of investors, including EEI Booster No. 1 Limited Partnership, RJ Value Plus No. 1 Limited Partnership, and another investment fund, this funding boosts the company's total fundraising to an impressive 57.4 billion yen.
Enhancing Green Energy Solutions
The funding will enable Clean Energy Connect to better meet the growing needs of its clients for decarbonization and renewable energy integration. The company plans to develop Non-FIT low-pressure solar power plants designed for off-site corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), enhance its cloud-based management system, CEC-Cloud™, and improve tools that visually gauge its clients' renewable energy adoption rates and support their goals. This includes the GX Manager® and GX Monitor® systems.
