The fish will showcase a prime catch of Hokkaido cod, prepared with a special batter infused with Cajun spices and complemented with a hint of Japanese lager for a crisp texture. The chips, crafted from Bintje potatoes, will undergo a unique preparation process of boiling and then frying twice to achieve a delightful crunch, served alongside classic tartar sauce and malt vinegar.
