CEDROS Celebrates 11 Years with Champagne Telmont
On September 22, 2025, the renowned seafood restaurant
CEDROS in Daikanyama, Tokyo, will host a vibrant anniversary party celebrating its 11 years of innovative dining. The event will be held in collaboration with the esteemed Champagne house
Telmont, making it a night to remember in honor of both culinary excellence and environmental sustainability.
Founded in 2014,
CEDROS takes inspiration from the coastal dining experiences of Southern California while seamlessly blending in Japanese elements. This unique melding of cultures has allowed the restaurant to offer a fresh perspective on seafood, which they have emphasized for over a decade. The anniversary event promises to reflect this journey with the theme “In the Name of Mother Nature,” echoing Telmont's commitment to sustainability and quality.
The anniversary celebration will feature an exclusive pairing of Telmont's elegant and fruity champagne with
CEDROS’ signature dish,
Fish and Chips. The fish will showcase a prime catch of
Hokkaido cod, prepared with a special batter infused with Cajun spices and complemented with a hint of Japanese lager for a crisp texture. The chips, crafted from
Bintje potatoes, will undergo a unique preparation process of boiling and then frying twice to achieve a delightful crunch, served alongside classic tartar sauce and malt vinegar.
Guests will be enveloped in the inviting atmosphere of
CEDROS, indulging in this one-of-a-kind experience with the melodic backdrop of carefully selected music, enhancing the celebratory ambiance.
