Kaseya Unveils Cutting-Edge Innovations at DattoCon 2025 Conference

Kaseya, renowned as the global leader in AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software, launched its sold-out DattoCon 2025 conference in the vibrant Miami Beach on October 7, 2025. This pivotal event showcased the latest innovations from Kaseya, promising to redefine standards for managed service providers (MSPs) and bolster their offerings with advanced cyber resilience and innovative workforce solutions.

At the heart of Kaseya's presentation were several groundbreaking innovations aimed at empowering MSPs to efficiently deliver essential services while facilitating substantial business expansion. The company emphasized its commitment to providing enterprise-grade security solutions at a significantly lower cost, expanding access to vital tools for all types of applications across diverse threat landscapes.

Key Innovations Unveiled at DattoCon 2025

1. Backup Solutions
The introduction of Datto SIRIS 6 marked a significant leap in backup technology. As the newest and most powerful backup appliance on the market, Datto SIRIS 6 is designed to maximize value for MSPs at minimal cost. Furthermore, Kaseya introduced the Datto Backup for Microsoft Entra ID, a targeted solution that safeguards identity data—a critical vulnerability for businesses. This innovative backup system rapidly restores users, groups, and roles, ensuring seamless operations even when faced with accidental deletions or cyberattacks.
Additionally, Kaseya previewed the Cyber Resiliency Platform, set to launch features by April 2026. This platform aims to simplify vendor interactions, decrease operational hurdles, and enhance recovery speeds—all bolstered by advanced AI and security capabilities.

2. Enhanced Security Framework
In a move to expand its security measures, Kaseya announced its acquisition of INKY, an innovative solution specializing in email protection. INKY utilizes generative AI, behavioral insights, and real-time user training to combat sophisticated phishing attacks. As part of Kaseya's ecosystem, this integration promises to empower MSPs with deeper threat analytics and more effective defense mechanisms against malicious intents.

3. AI-Powered Digital Workforce
Kaseya is developing an AI-driven Digital Workforce, intended to alleviate common challenges faced by MSPs regardless of scale or specialization. This native system employs agentic learning technology, simulating a high-level technician's reasoning abilities. The Digital Workforce will offer a cohesive view across all operational components, streamlining processes significantly. Limited availability is expected to roll out in Spring 2026.

4. Commercial Flexibility Adjustments
Responding to customer feedback, Kaseya is changing its pricing policy. Beginning in December 2025, the company will move from a High Watermark pricing strategy to a Committed Minimum Quantity and Variable Consumption policy for its services such as Datto RMM and SaaS Protection. This adjustment is part of Kaseya’s strategy to enhance customer satisfaction and operational transparency.

Kaseya's Commitment

Rania Succar, Kaseya's CEO, highlighted that MSPs are at a pivotal moment as they facilitate digital transformation for small and medium-sized businesses globally. With answers now available to the challenges these providers face, Kaseya aims to equip them with vital data, insights, and the tools required for growth.

As Kaseya continues to evolve, its commitment to delivering an end-to-end IT and security platform remains steadfast, aiding MSPs in achieving faster revenue growth, lowering operational costs, and expanding profit margins.
