This event, titled "Chef Thierry Voisin × Chef Vincent Thierry – il y a 32 ans", will take place from October 22 to October 24, 2025, at the hotel's French restaurant, Le Saison. This extraordinary collaboration celebrates not only a significant milestone of the hotel but also marks the 20th anniversary of Chef Voisin's tenure at Le Saison.

The story behind this unique collaboration goes back over three decades. Both chefs honed their skills at the prestigious French restaurant, Boyer Le Claret, under the legendary chef Gérard Boyer. After 32 years apart, they reunite to delight diners with an exquisite dining experience, showcasing their culinary prowess and creative flair.

An Exquisite Culinary Journey


The three-day event will feature meticulously crafted menus that highlight the culinary philosophies of both chefs. Guests can choose from several lunch and dinner courses, each designed to offer a taste of their innovative and classic French cooking styles.

For lunch, there are options ranging from 14,000 yen for a three-course meal to 22,000 yen for a five-course culinary experience. Dinner offerings include a five-course meal priced at 46,000 yen and an indulgent six-course dinner for 58,000 yen. Each dish will combine elements from both chefs, creating a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that reflect their years of experience and artistry.

Meet the Chefs


  • - Chef Thierry Voisin began his culinary journey in France, working at esteemed Michelin-starred establishments such as Château d'Artyne and Jean-Paul du Kenwa. He has since earned accolades, including the Chevalier of the French Order of Agricultural Merit, and has served as the head chef at Le Saison since 2005.

  • - Chef Vincent Thierry, originating from the Loire Valley, has garnered extensive experience at various three-Michelin-star restaurants across Europe and Asia. Currently, he leads the kitchen at Chef's Table in Bangkok, a two-Michelin-star establishment. Known for his innovative dishes, Chef Vincent deeply appreciates fine ingredients and celebrates the essence of seasonality in his cooking.
