Coway's Q2 FY2025 Financial Results



On August 8, 2025, Coway Co., Ltd., recognized as the 'Best Life Solution Company,' unveiled its robust financial performance for the second quarter of 2025. Financial Highlights



In Q2 2025, Coway reported a revenue of KRW 1,258.9 billion, marking a 16.3% increase year-on-year (YoY). Alongside this revenue growth, the company's operating profit rose to KRW 242.7 billion, a 14.9% YoY increase. The cumulative revenue for the first half of the year stands at KRW 2,433.8 billion, with an operating profit of KRW 454.0 billion.

The domestic segment saw revenues of KRW 730.3 billion, up 11.4% compared to the previous year, driven primarily by the successful launch of innovative products like the Icon Pro Water Purifier and the NOBLE Dehumidifying Air Purifier. The strength of Coway's rental business model is underscored by an addition of 160,000 new rental accounts, indicating a thriving market presence in South Korea.

Internationally, Coway's revenues from overseas subsidiaries climbed to KRW 472.8 billion, reflecting a significant growth of 23.7% from Q2 last year. Key highlights from the international market include the Malaysian subsidiary, contributing KRW 355.5 billion in revenue (up 23.9% YoY), followed by the USA with KRW 58.1 billion in revenue (a modest 1.0% increase) and Thailand showing impressive growth with KRW 42.9 billion, marking a staggering 49.5% YoY increase.
