From now until the end of September 2023, guests can indulge in five exceptional back vintages of Dom Pérignon at the acclaimed restaurant NARISAWA, owned by Michelin-starred chef Yoshihiro Narisawa. As a member of the Dom Pérignon Society, Chef Narisawa is known for his unique culinary style, which he refers to as "Innovative Satoyama Cuisine," reflecting Japan's rich food culture and commitment to sustainability. Guests can enjoy the exquisite selection of rare vintages at special prices:
