- - Born in Tokyo in 1982. After graduating from Keio University Faculty of Environmental Information and Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School’s film department, he completed his doctoral studies in Policy and Media Studies at Keio University. He specializes in Small Business Consulting and holds various academic roles, including associate professor at Taisho University and visiting lecturer at Chiba University. With extensive experience in major corporate partnerships, educational reform, and administrative responsibilities, he has been instrumental in boosting student enrollment at universities.
